Your Role

  • Lead cross-functional teams in agile project settings to deliver scalable digital solutions with a superior customer experience.
  • Partner with ZEISS business units and central functions to enable their digital transformation.
  • Manage diverse stakeholder groups across the ZEISS group.

Your Profile

  • Excellent university degree in a relevant field, such as natural sciences, engineering, or business.
  • 3-4 years of experience in management consulting, IT consulting, or digital transformation projects in a B2B industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects using agile methodology.
  • Strong drive to impact and a sound understanding of change management mechanics and tools for digital transformation.
  • Business fluent German and English language skills.
