Your Role

  • Lead innovation projects and teams to identify and define digital solutions that drive business value for ZEISS.
  • Develop value propositions and key functionalities that add value to customers and ZEISS.
  • Create business models, evaluate market potential, and create sound business cases.
  • Steer cross-functional teams in implementation projects and workstreams.
  • Design and implement processes and structures for long-term success.
  • Drive strategic digital transformation projects to define and strengthen ZEISS' digital ecosystem.

Your Profile

  • University degree from a top-tier university, preferably in natural sciences, engineering, informatics, or business.
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital transformation, innovation, or product management for digital solutions in B2B industry or top management consulting.
  • Track record of successfully leading projects using agile methodology in a consulting setup.
  • Solid understanding of the digital economy and data-enabled business models, paired with a passion for ZEISS' products and markets.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy to communicate with diverse backgrounds.
  • Fluency in English and German.
