SAP Cloud Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Program Manager to join our team at SAP. As a Cloud Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading communication and deliverables for the Security & Compliance unit within the Sovereign Cloud Delivery & Operations organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver key strategic and critical initiatives, including supporting core operations and business cadence.
- Ensure the success, quality, security, reliability, and delivery of the Shared Management Services (SMS) product for the Delos Program, as well as other complex projects.
- Develop and implement efficient processes used in multiple areas for the Security & Compliance unit.
- Build strong interactions across organizational boundaries.
- Support the creation of business cases where appropriate, analyze internal and customer requirements to translate external needs into internal objectives.
- Ensure Security & Compliance deliverables are in sync with internal and external expectations.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Program Manager with a strong background in managing projects that span several functions, cross teams, and cross board areas. You should have a proven track record of leading geographically dispersed engineering projects and cross-functional program teams.
Key Requirements:
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- PMI Project Management Professional or similar certification.
- AWS and/or GCP certification or similar experience.
- 8+ years of experience with a successful track record of leading geographically dispersed engineering projects and cross-functional program teams.
- 4+ years of experience managing technical programs within SAP.
- Proven track record in end-to-end implementation initiatives.
