About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Program Manager to join our team in the Global Sovereign Cloud Delivery and Operations organization. As a Cloud Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading communication and deliverables for the Security & Compliance unit by partnering with cross-functional teams to lead key strategic and critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead communication and deliverables for the Security & Compliance unit
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to lead key strategic and critical initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and improvement of processes used in multiple areas for the Security & Compliance unit
  • Build strong interaction across organizational boundaries
  • Support the creation of business cases where appropriate
  • Analyze internal and customer requirements to translate external needs into internal objectives
  • Ensure the Security & Compliance deliverables are in sync with internal and external expectations

Requirements

  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • PMI Project Management Professional or similar certification
  • AWS and/or GCP certification or similar experience
  • Proven experience in managing projects that span several functions, cross teams, and cross board areas
  • Protecting investments in excess of millions of Euros per year
  • Developing methods for monitoring and reporting progress and addressing risk across multiple levels of accountability
  • Influencing continuous improvement across multiple teams and roles
  • Ability to manage through ambiguities while being innovative and collaborative
  • Strong technology skills and the willingness to learn new topics quickly
  • Strong problem-solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically, delivering services to meet stakeholders' demands on a timely basis
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP and the SAP solution portfolio
  • Cultural awareness, intercultural competencies, and ability to influence without formal authority
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Persistence, self-motivation, and willingness to work under pressure
  • Experience in sovereign environments is a plus
  • English (fluent), German is a plus

Work Experience

  • 8+ years of experience with a successful track record of leading geographically dispersed engineering projects and cross-functional program teams
  • 4+ years of experience managing technical programs within SAP
  • Proven track record in end-to-end implementation initiatives
