Strategic Program Manager for Middle and Eastern Europe

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Manager to join our team in the Middle and Eastern Europe region. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our largest strategic accounts and driving business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Manage strategic customer engagements directly, including developing and executing customer strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Sponsor strategic customer strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
- Define and implement best practices and frameworks for cloud transformation, ensuring customer outcomes and satisfaction.
- Liaise and coordinate with regional and global customer success stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, commerce, engineering, or information technologies.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, including SAP Activate and SAP Solution Manager.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale strategic projects, with a strong track record of delivering results and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
