Ihre Aufgabe als Director of Contract Manufacturing Operations: Sie etablieren ein modernes CMO-Office und setzen damit neue Standards. Sie entwickeln starke Netzwerke und pflegen wertschätzende Beziehungen zu Lieferanten und anderen wichtigen Partnern.

Aufgaben
  • Führung und Entwicklung des Teams: Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung sowie kontinuierliche Förderung der Mitarbeiter.
  • Gewährleistung der Lieferfähigkeit: Sicherstellen der Verfügbarkeit aller Produkte gemäß Absatzplan (OTIF) und termingerechte Einführung neuer Produktinitiativen.
  • Umsetzung strategischer Initiativen: Proaktive und zielgerichtete Unterstützung aller strategischen Unternehmensziele.
  • Vertretung aufbauen: Sicherstellen einer kompetenten Vertretung in allen relevanten Aufgabenbereichen.
  • Optimierung von SCM und S&OP: Implementierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Supply Chain Managements sowie des Sales & Operations Planning-Prozesses.
  • KPI-System entwickeln: Aufbau und Management eines KPI-Systems für das CMO-Office und die gesamte Lieferkette.
  • Akquise und Management: Akquise und Verwaltung von Lohnherstellern und Auftragslaboren.
  • Vertragsverhandlungen: Verhandeln, Abschließen und Nachverfolgen von Verträgen mit allen Partnern der Lieferkette.
  • Budgetplanung: Sorgfältige Planung und Überwachung des Budgets.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Vereinfachung komplexer SCM-Strukturen.
  • Schnittstellenkoordination: Abstimmung mit allen relevanten Schnittstellen, z.B. Qualitätsmanagement.
  • Lieferantengespräche: Durchführung regelmäßiger Gespräche mit Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Zusammenarbeit.
Qualifikationen
  • Kaufmännischer oder naturwissenschaftlicher Hintergrund
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Excel-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
  • Führungskompetenz: Teamfähigkeit, Empathie und Begeisterungsfähigkeit.
  • Projektmanagement: Erfahrung in der Planung, Durchführung und Steuerung von Projekten.
  • Netzwerkaufbau: Starke Fähigkeiten im Aufbau und der Pflege von Netzwerken.
  • Verhandlungsgeschick: Überzeugende Verhandlungsführung.
  • Kommunikation: Klare, effektive und wertschätzende Kommunikation, sowohl intern als auch extern.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Geschick in der Analyse und Verbesserung von Prozessen.
