Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Contract Manufacturing Organization, der unsere strategische Führung und Netzwerk- und Beziehungsmanagement unterstützt. Als wichtiger Teil unseres Teams werden Sie unsere Prozesse optimieren und unsere Lieferfähigkeit sicherstellen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Mitarbeitendenführung und -entwicklung: Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams.
  • Lieferfähigkeit sicherstellen: Gewährleisten Sie die Lieferfähigkeit aller Produkte gemäß Absatzplan (OTIF) und die termingerechte Bereitstellung aller neuen Produktinitiativen.
  • Strategische Initiativen umsetzen: Proaktive und zielgerichtete Umsetzung bzw. Unterstützung aller strategischen Initiativen des Unternehmens.
  • Vertretung aufbauen: Sicherstellen einer kompetenten Vertretung für alle Aufgabenbereiche.
  • SCM und S&OP verbessern: Implementieren und kontinuierliches Verbessern des Supply Chain Managements sowie des Sales & Operations Planning-Prozesses.
  • KPI-System etablieren: Entwicklung und Management eines KPI-Systems für das CMO-Office und die gesamte Supply Chain.
  • Akquise und Management: Akquise und Management von Lohnherstellern und Auftragslaboren
  • Vertragsmanagement: Verhandeln, Abschließen und Nachhalten von Verträgen mit allen Partnern der Supply Chain.
  • Budgetplanung und -einhaltung: Sorgfältige Planung und Überwachung des Budgets.
  • Prozessvereinfachung: Simplifizieren von komplexen SCM-Strukturen.
  • Schnittstellenkoordination: Abstimmung mit allen relevanten Schnittstellen, z.B. Quality Management.
  • Lieferantengespräche führen: Durchführung von regelmäßigen Lieferantengesprächen zur Sicherstellung optimaler Zusammenarbeit.
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen
  • Kaufmännischer oder naturwissenschaftlicher Ausbildungshintergrund
  • Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Excel-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit ERP-System
  • Führung: Feinfühligkeit, Teamplayer und Begeisterungsfähigkeit.
  • Projektmanagement: Erfahrung in der Planung, Durchführung und Steuerung von Projekten.
  • Netzwerkaufbau und Beziehungsmanagement: Starke Fähigkeiten im Aufbau und der Pflege von Netzwerken.
  • Verhandlungen: Überzeugende Verhandlungsführung.
  • Kommunikation: Klare, effektive und wertschätzende Kommunikation, sowohl intern als auch extern.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Geschick in der Analyse und Verbesserung von Prozessen.
