About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at European Tech Recruit. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cost-effective system solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Analysis: Analyze and capture requirements on software projects, engaging with customers and stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership in designing system solutions within agreed timelines and budgets, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and meet the required standards.
  • System Architecture: Create and document system architecture designs, functional designs, interface specifications, and other systems engineering artifacts to ensure that solutions are well-defined and easily implementable.
  • System Integration and Testing: Participate in system integration and testing activities to ensure that solutions are thoroughly tested and meet the required quality standards.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare detailed engineering estimates and technical specifications for proposals and budgeting, ensuring that solutions are accurately priced and meet the required standards.
  • Presentation and Communication: Present system proposals to customers and support sales and marketing efforts, ensuring that solutions are effectively communicated and understood by stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on systems engineering performance, identifying and correcting deviations to ensure that solutions meet the required standards.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on systems engineering and software techniques relevant to the company's operations, ensuring that solutions are aligned with industry best practices.
  • Quality Engineering: Promote quality engineering practices and support process improvement initiatives, ensuring that solutions are of the highest quality and meet the required standards.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience in requirements analysis, software architectures, system definition and design, and systems engineering methodologies.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven technical expertise on software projects, with a strong understanding of software development best practices and standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Stakeholder and customer management experience, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
