We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Solutions Architect to join our User Engagement Platforms team at New Work SE. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our Business Analyst to translate business requirements into data solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance and support on the use of our Engagement and Data Platforms.
- Develop and maintain user data models that are used in our Engagement Platforms, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain Data Integrations, audiences, and user-journeys in our off-the-shelf solutions.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the Marketing Technology area, handling technologies such as CDPs, Marketing Automation Software, or Marketing Tracking.
- Experience in maintaining user data models, designing data integrations, and implementing strategies for data quality assurance and validation techniques.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking to translate business demands into technical concepts.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and explain corresponding processes and insights in a simple and understandable way.
- Technical understanding of infrastructure and architecture to discuss technical approaches with Engineers.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English, especially on a business and tech level.
