Überblick über die Rolle

Als Projektmanager für Business Development bei Douglas GmbH sind Sie verantwortlich für die Leitung des Projekts "Niche Beauty App" mit Schnittstellenfunktion zu Entwicklern, Designern und internen Teams. Sie werden die Kundeneinblicke aus verschiedenen Kanälen verfolgen und Projekte zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit entwickeln. Darüber hinaus werden Sie Berichte für alle Niche Beauty-Märkte/-Kanäle erstellen und Verbesserungsvorschläge ableiten. Sie werden das externe Performance-Marketing-Team repräsentieren.

Unsere Anforderungen
  • Erste Erfahrungen im agilen Projektmanagement, Performance Marketing oder Business Development
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in der Office Suite, insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint, inkl. erste Erfahrungen mit Jira und Adobe Analytics
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis des eCommerce-Geschäfts, insbesondere im Bereich der Luxuskonsumgüter
  • Starke Kombination aus analytischem Denken, technischem Verständnis und Kreativität
  • Eigeninitiative und unternehmerisches Denken, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
