About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Internal Audit function at HELM AG. As Head of Internal Audit, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal control systems and providing assurance to our Executive Board and CEO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an annual audit plan that aligns with our company's objectives and risk profile.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and group policies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the Executive Board in audit-related matters and provide expert advice on governance and risk management.
  • Collaborate with our teams to ensure the effective implementation of audit recommendations.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in auditing, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in internal auditing, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in IT applications, including SAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team.
