Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Global Account Manager to enhance our Strategic Vertical Sales Team. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth and managing the design-in/design win funnel for a significant Strategic Industrial Account on a global scale. The account is a prominent Tier 1 Industrial manufacturer based in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee revenue growth and the expansion of the design funnel as the Global Account Manager.
  • Take direct responsibility for identifying opportunities, facilitating design-in processes, and converting design wins – managing the entire sales funnel.
  • Develop a comprehensive strategic account plan that aligns with business unit objectives to ensure proactive engagement with the strategic account.
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasts of customer revenue.
  • Drive design wins both directly and through distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with Field Application Engineers (FAE) and manage technical resources across various Business Units.
  • Analyze competitive landscape to enhance market share and deepen customer relationships in the region.
  • Exhibit a strong motivation to sell solution-oriented silicon products.

Qualifications

  • Preferred engineering degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Science (CS).
  • Exceptional customer interaction and negotiation skills; results-oriented and a collaborative team player.
  • Robust technical background with a proven track record of success in managing direct accounts.
  • A minimum of 5 years of technical and executive sales experience, ideally with global strategic accounts.
  • Experience in project management and working with cross-functional international teams.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
