Strategic Sourcing Manager

TAKKT AG is on the lookout for dedicated professionals to join our team in Europe as a Strategic Sourcing Manager (all genders) to influence the future of procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee specific product categories within indirect sourcing
- Formulate and implement sourcing strategies for designated product categories
- Evaluate and enhance sourcing processes
- Manage supplier relationships for selected categories
- Establish, maintain, and refine a competitive supplier base for targeted product groups
- Ensure adherence to contract life-cycle management
- Oversee the contract approval process in line with internal guidelines
- Facilitate the RFQ process for chosen categories
- Guarantee compliance with new regulations or standards with suppliers (e.g., Code of Conduct, Minimum Requirements)
- Standardize and enhance sourcing conditions within the TAKKT Industrial & Packaging Division
- Streamline processes and support the digital transformation of indirect sourcing within I&P
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and legal teams
Candidate Profile:
- Fluency in both German and English is essential
- Strong grasp of legal terminology in both languages
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing within common indirect spend categories
- Exceptional negotiation capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient project management abilities
