Strategic Sourcing Manager

TAKKT AG is on the lookout for dynamic professionals to join our team as Strategic Sourcing Manager for Indirect Procurement (all genders) in Europe, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee specific product categories within indirect procurement.
  • Formulate and implement procurement strategies for designated product categories.
  • Conduct analysis and enhance procurement processes for efficiency.
  • Manage supplier relationships for selected categories.
  • Develop and maintain a competitive supplier pool for targeted product groups.
  • Ensure adherence to compliant contract lifecycle management.
  • Facilitate the contract approval process in line with internal policies.
  • Coordinate the RFQ process for assigned categories.
  • Implement new regulations or guidelines with suppliers (e.g., Code of Conduct, Minimum Requirements).
  • Standardize and enhance procurement conditions within the TAKKT Industrial & Packaging Division.
  • Drive process improvements and support the digital transformation of indirect procurement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments and legal teams.

Candidate Profile:

  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology in both languages.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement within common indirect spend categories.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient project management skills.
