About the Role

We are seeking a talented Marketing/Business Graduate to join our Neuromodulation Division as a Marketing Graduate. The core objective of this role is to support the relevant product franchise(s) in achieving their set goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Development: Assist in the development and execution of local market strategies
  • Participate in up and coming product launches for products such as Deep Brain Stimulation, Spinal Cord Stimulation, and non-stimulation products
  • Drive the referral & Patient Activation Program (Reports, project management)
  • Digital Marketing: Own our webpages, create communication plans & launch them into the market for patients & referrals
  • Support the team with analytics in co-operation with the digital team
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Masters in Science, Business or Marketing Degree
  • Fluency in German & English (C1 minimum)
  • Desire to execute with hands-on mindset
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Results-oriented taking on accountability
  • Flexible and able to adapt to fast-moving business environment
  • Ability to communicate, network, and partner with a variety of stakeholders at different levels in the company
