About the Role

We are seeking a talented Marketing/Business Graduate to join our Interventional Cardiology team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Watchman product franchise in achieving its set goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Development: Assist in the launch of new products and monitor the execution of local market strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of tactical marketing plans in coordination with the sales and marketing organization.
  • Commercial excellence: Ensure the launch of new products is executed through qualitative KPIs to drive business growth.
  • Support the team with analytics in cooperation with the digital team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Masters in Science, Business or Marketing Degree.
  • Fluency in German & English (C1 minimum).
  • Desire to execute with a hands-on mindset.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on accountability.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-moving business environment.
  • Ability to communicate, network, and partner with various stakeholders at different levels in the company.
