Director of Operations

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to lead our dialysis operations in a specified geographic area. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing, administering, and overseeing the day-to-day operations and activities of our dialysis facilities and programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and direction to our dialysis operations, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines and procedures.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and objectives to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Lead the development of area strategic plans, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with company and divisional goals.
- Manage and oversee the performance of our dialysis facilities and programs, including quality patient care, customer relations, marketing, and fiscal management.
- Collaborate with management to develop clinical and program budgets, monitoring performance to ensure optimal, efficient, and effective operations practices.
- Implement and drive business initiatives, including staffing, scheduling, and quality improvement programs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, including environmental integrity, safety, and security.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical directors, physicians, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of business operations management and leadership experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent leadership and management competencies, including financial management, operational excellence, and customer service skills.
- Strong business acumen, with experience in multiple modality exposure.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on continuous quality improvement and relationship development.
