Director of Operations

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to lead our dialysis operations in a specified geographic area. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing, administering, and overseeing the day-to-day operations and activities of our dialysis facilities and programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and direction to our dialysis operations, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines and procedures.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and objectives to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Lead the development of area strategic plans, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with company and divisional goals.
- Manage and oversee the performance of our dialysis facilities and programs, including quality patient care, customer relations, marketing, and fiscal management.
- Collaborate with management to develop clinical and program budgets, monitoring performance to ensure optimal, efficient, and effective operations practices.
- Implement and drive business initiatives, including staffing, scheduling, and quality improvement programs.
- Ensure efficient and economical performance in accordance with clinic operating budgets and take appropriate actions to ensure attainment of profit and year-end goals.
- Maintain current knowledge of community and regional healthcare market and industry issues that may impact business.
- Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of business operations management and leadership experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and management competencies and skills, including excellent financial competence, operational excellence, exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong business acumen, multiple modality exposure a plus.
- Demonstrated practice of continuous quality improvement and relationship development.
- Results-oriented, with excellent skills for team building, motivating employees, performance management, and decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of management through diplomacy and tact.
