We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team at FERCHAU GmbH. As a System Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing technical support to our clients.



Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain server and client infrastructure (Windows, Linux)
  • Ensure the reliability and efficiency of our IT systems, including backup and recovery procedures
  • Identify, document, and resolve issues with hardware and software components
  • Conduct system analyses and monitoring to optimize technical support and product optimization

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a degree in IT or a related field
  • Knowledge of server setup, management, and evaluation
  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages, such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash
  • Customer-oriented and service-minded approach
  • Excellent German and English language skills
