About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at stp.one. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project management and quality assurance of IT solutions, including bedarfsanalyse and risk management
  • Administration and operation of our virtualized server landscape, including Windows and Linux servers, as well as network components and workstations
  • Global IT security and compliance, including network security, data centers, and information security
  • Site security, including video surveillance, firewalls, access control systems, VLANs, and certificates
  • Implementation of security policies and measures to protect against cyber threats
  • IT service management and audit support for ISO 27001
Requirements
  • Completed studies in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably in a software company
  • Experience in Active Directory administration, M365, Teams, OneDrive, and MDM with Intune
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory, IT security, network technology, and backup concepts
  • Experience in virtualization (VMware), monitoring (PRTG), storage and backup concepts (Veeam), and firewalls (Sophos)
  • Strong initiative, self-organization, and a structured and accurate working style
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English in writing and speaking
