Position Overview:

As an Advertising Insights Analyst at AMISEQ, you will work in close partnership with the Business Intelligence Lead to examine data patterns, create comprehensive reports, and play a pivotal role in the strategic execution of our marketing initiatives. Your analytical skills will be essential in enhancing our advertising effectiveness and ensuring optimal performance during critical periods.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers to ensure data analysis aligns with the overarching strategy for advertising products.
  • Support the creation and deployment of operational tools tailored for peak season planning, establishing yourself as the primary resource.
  • Engage with cross-departmental teams to foster operational excellence and spearhead automation projects.
  • Interact with global stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and suggestions for enhancements to advertising products.
  • Oversee data gathering, analysis, and reporting tasks to facilitate informed decision-making during peak periods.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of A/B testing aimed at refining campaign outcomes.
  • Transform complex data sets into actionable reports for the marketing division and senior leadership.
  • Assist in the oversight and quality assurance of campaign content and audience segmentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analysis capacity, preferably within a marketing or advertising technology context.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software (SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the skill to interpret data and derive valuable insights.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, adept at managing multiple priorities with accuracy.
  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of presenting data findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach, demonstrating initiative and the ability to drive projects forward.
  • Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
