Drive Digital Transformation in Energy Markets

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our digital transformation programs in Energy Markets/Trading. As a key member of our Technology Consulting division, you will play a crucial role in accelerating the delivery of our Digital Transformation Strategy.

E.ON is a leading European utility company, driving the energy transition and connecting everyone to good energy. Our Technology Consulting division makes a significant contribution to this effort, providing professional services to our businesses and accelerating the delivery of our Digital Transformation Strategy.

As a Digital Transformation Lead, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and drive key digital technology growth and efficiency programs in Energy Markets/Trading. You will also build trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring our offers to address their challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive digital transformation programs in Energy Markets/Trading
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to secure buy-in
  • Build trusted relationships with clients
  • Develop and implement digital solutions to address client challenges

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • Extensive experience working in Energy Markets/Energy Trading
  • Broad experience leading complex digital technology programs
  • Strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication
  • Broad technology knowledge and expertise in areas such as Business Transformation, Change Management, and Digital Service & Platform Development
