Deine Aufgaben
  • Als Digital Transformation Lead wirst du die Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von digitalen Strategien bei unseren Kunden tragen. Du wirst bestehende Strukturen nutzen, um den Erfolg unserer digitalen Transformationsangebote und die Zukunft unseres Unternehmens in der DACH-Region zu gestalten.
  • Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
    • Kundenbeziehungsmanagement: Du bist der primäre Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und stellst langfristige und erfolgreiche Geschäftsbeziehungen sicher.
    • Strategische Beratung für digitales Wachstum: Du berätst unsere Kunden in strategischen Fragen der digitalen Transformation und unterstützt sie bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung digitaler Strategien, die ihr Geschäft voranbringen.
    • Neukunden- und Geschäftsentwicklung: Du gewinnst neue Kunden mit Unterstützung des Managements und der Fachteams. Außerdem gestaltest du die Kundenentwicklung und die Account-Strategie, um den Umsatz signifikant zu steigern.
    • Projektmanagement: Du überwachst die Planung, Durchführung und Lieferung von Kundenprojekten und stellst sicher, dass sie termingerecht, budgetkonform und im vereinbarten Umfang abgeschlossen werden.
    • Vertragsverhandlungen: Du führst Vertragsverhandlungen und bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Überprüfung von Angeboten und Verträgen.
    • Kommerzielle Verantwortung: Du verwaltest die finanziellen Aspekte von Kundenkonten, um Rentabilität und Wachstum im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen sicherzustellen.
    • Leistungsüberwachung und -berichterstattung: Du verfolgst und berichtest über die Projektleistung, Kundenzufriedenheit und wichtige Kennzahlen an die Stakeholder.
    Dein Profil
    • Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung im Kundenmanagement und in Beratungsfunktionen im digitalen oder technologischen Sektor.
    • Nachweisliche Erfolge in der erfolgreichen Verwaltung und dem Wachstum von Kundenkonten.
    • Starkes Verständnis der digitalen Transformation, Technologietrends und Branchenbest Practices.
    • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Scrum-Teams und der Anwendung agiler Techniken und Praktiken.
    • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, mit der Fähigkeit, Kollegen und Stakeholder zu engagieren, zu beeinflussen und zu inspirieren.
    • Starke Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, mit Erfahrung in leistungsstarken und schnelllebigen Umgebungen.
    • Umfangreiches technisches Verständnis in der entkoppelten Softwarearchitektur (z.B. Headless CMS, REACT-Frontends) und Erfahrung mit DXP-Plattformen und eCommerce-Architekturen.
    • Beherrschung von Confluence, Jira & Jira Service Desk oder Azure DevOps.
    • Universitätsabschluss in Informatik, IT, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich.
    • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich.
