Project Construction Lead

En tant que Responsable de la Préconstruction, vous ferez partie de l'équipe de Conception et de Construction (D&C) au sein des services d'ingénierie mondiale d'AMZ, avec la vision à long terme de façonner l'avenir de l'industrie de la construction.
Responsabilités clés :- Gérer de manière autonome des projets industriels complexes et transversaux, depuis la sélection du site jusqu'à l'achèvement de la conception, en passant par l'obtention des permis et l'exécution des contrats, tout en coordonnant les équipes de conception et les parties prenantes du projet.
- Superviser les prestataires de services professionnels pour garantir que leurs compétences répondent aux exigences des projets.
- Estimer les coûts, gérer les diligences raisonnables, le suivi des plannings et les prévisions, tout en identifiant et en résolvant les facteurs pouvant entraver la réussite des projets.
- Superviser la mise en œuvre et la gestion des programmes et normes de sécurité d'Amazon.
- Exiger les plus hauts standards de soi-même et des autres, tout en favorisant la responsabilité des résultats.
- Négocier avec les entrepreneurs, les fournisseurs et les prestataires.
Chaque jour, vous représenterez AMZ et D&C GESS en veillant à l'exécution des projets de construction d'Amazon dans les délais et le budget impartis, tout en améliorant stratégiquement les processus, les coûts, la qualité, la santé et la sécurité, ainsi que la performance en matière de durabilité. Vous serez responsable de la direction et du mentorat de grandes équipes transversales en tant qu'expert technique et ressource en gestion de projet. Vous serez également amené à communiquer de manière significative entre les départements, auprès des managers de première ligne et des cadres, tout en servant d'autorité sur les questions de projet. Vos tâches quotidiennes peuvent inclure la validation des sites, les diligences raisonnables et l'analyse des risques, la gestion de la conception, les négociations contractuelles et de coûts, ainsi que la gestion des parties prenantes et des fournisseurs. - Diplôme de Bachelor en architecture, ingénierie, gestion de la construction ou domaine comparable, avec une expérience solide en tant qu'architecte, ingénieur, gestionnaire de construction, représentant de gestion de projet du propriétaire ou autres disciplines liées au développement commercial et à la construction.
- Expérience démontrable en gestion de projet depuis la phase de conception jusqu'à la mise en œuvre et l'exploitation, en négociant des contrats de construction, d'approvisionnement et de main-d'œuvre.
- Expérience dans des installations de traitement d'emballage/logistique avec des équipements complexes ou expérience comparable appréciée.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'allemand. Disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents en Europe, jusqu'à 30 % du temps. Qualifications préférées :
- Diplôme de Bachelor en ingénierie, mécanique, opérations, chaîne d'approvisionnement, administration des affaires ou domaine STEM équivalent.
- Expérience dans au moins deux disciplines de l'industrie de la construction, pouvant inclure la gestion générale, la représentation du propriétaire, le développement commercial, l'ingénierie et la conception, ou la gestion de projet du propriétaire.
- Capacité démontrée dans la planification, la révision de la conception et la mise en œuvre, ainsi que dans la gestion et le contrôle de nouveaux bâtiments et l'amélioration des installations existantes.
- Compétences solides en influence et en négociation.
- Succès démontré dans la communication avec divers publics (par exemple, direction, pairs, responsables publics, fournisseurs, etc.).
- Participation à un précédent lancement de nouveau centre de distribution chez Amazon dans n'importe quel rôle serait souhaitée.
- La maîtrise du français, du polonais, de l'arabe et du turc est considérée comme une qualification préférée.
