Sales Director

EURHASI is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join its team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with customers.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure EURHASI remains competitive.
- Proven sales experience in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in German and English.
- French is a plus.
- Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
- Industrial background in Machine Tools, Modular Tools Cutter Grinders, and Tool Grinding.
- Sales experience with distributors and OEMs.
