About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Gi Group Deutschland GmbH. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of our electrical maintenance team, ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the electrical maintenance team, ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and repaired.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential maintenance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives and goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure that maintenance activities are carried out in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance and management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of electrical maintenance principles and practices, including safety procedures and protocols.
