Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Maintain high machine availability and perform repairs to ensure optimal service levels.
- Define and execute PM-Actions and intervals to ensure efficient maintenance.
- Process line yield and equipment maintenance issues to minimize downtime.
- Manage machine-specific master data (SAP) and statistical machine data (SPC and APC).
- Initiate and manage KVP/OEE measures to improve performance and cost-saving measures.
- Maintain spare parts logistics, including reporting of consumption and costs.
- Participate in the implementation and release of new manufacturing processes.
- Participate in the planning and installation of new equipment.
- Organize and implement training measures for service employees.
- Create and maintain machine-specific training content and maintenance instructions.
- Moderate and collaborate in project and working groups.
- Master's degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Relevant experience in equipment maintenance on ASML PAS steppers.
- Proof of ASML PAS5500 Maintenance Training Level 1+2.
- Strong engineering work ethic with hands-on mentality, ability to work in a team, and good communication skills.
- Advanced English language skills for confident communication with contractors and clients on all technical aspects.
- In-depth knowledge of IT, data analysis, and visualization.
