Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Crew Specialist to join our team at Allseas. As an L&D Crew Specialist, you will play a crucial role in planning and organizing training programs for our crew members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and organize training programs for crew members, including on-site and online training sessions.
- Identify training needs and develop training matrices for new projects.
- Consult with technical experts and training providers to ensure training programs meet the needs of our crew members.
- Coordinate training logistics, including travel arrangements and accommodation.
- Ensure all crew training certification is up-to-date and valid.
- Develop and maintain relationships with training providers and suppliers.
- Visit vessels and training providers to maintain good relationships and ensure quality standards are met.
- Bachelor/MBO work and thinking level preferred.
- Experience with MS Office and Excel.
- Planning experience a plus.
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel.
