Product Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality products and services.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with quality assurance.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of technical vocational training and several years of professional experience in the range of quality assurance.
- Good knowledge of using SAP QM and MS Excel.
- Practical experience in the use of common lean and quality management methods and experience in the processing and analysis of quality data.
- Very good knowledge in the range of optical, mechanical and electrical measuring and testing procedures as well as confident handling of corresponding quality assurance measuring equipment.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to recognize and understand complex interrelationships and to keep an eye on both the big picture and the details, as well as moderation experience and strong communication skills.
- Outgoing, team-oriented personality who is willing to learn and perform, with a high level of diligence and flexibility.
