Your Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Operations Leader at 1KOMMA5°, you will be instrumental in supporting our team members throughout their journey with the organization. You will serve as the primary resource for employee-related inquiries and assist in realizing our ambitious goals. Work closely with our Talent Management and Culture Team to ensure optimal support for our workforce.

  • Manage employee administration from onboarding through to offboarding
  • Oversee personnel records and documentation
  • Serve as a contact point for staff regarding HR issues
  • Draft employment agreements, terminations, references, and certificates
  • Contribute to the development of processes and frameworks
  • Assist in payroll preparation activities
Your Qualifications
  • Completed education or degree in Business Administration / Human Resources
  • Experience in HR administration with a solid understanding of labor regulations
  • Strong sense of accountability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-sufficient, organized, proactive, and responsible
  • Adaptable, resilient, and highly motivated
