About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Editor Golf to join our Mixed Sport Team at Sky Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our editorial team, you'll be responsible for organizing live golf broadcasts, managing golf content across all platforms, and developing new formats for our audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage live golf broadcasts, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality content.
  • Develop and implement new formats for golf content, including commentary, reporting, and feature pieces.
  • Collaborate with experts, co-commentators, and interviewees to create engaging and informative content.
  • Research and identify current topics and trends in golf, incorporating them into our content strategy.
  • Work closely with the editorial team to ensure consistency and quality across all golf-related content.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in media economics or sports science, with a traineeship and 5-6 years of professional experience in a TV sports editorial office.
  • Excellent expertise in golf, with strong contacts and networks within the industry.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging and informative content, with a keen sense for current topics and trends.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent German and good English language skills.
