About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Golf Editorial Specialist at Sky Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our editorial team, you will be responsible for the organization and management of live golf broadcasts across all Sky platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development: Research and develop engaging content for live golf broadcasts, including commentary and reporting assignments.
  • Program Management: Plan and coordinate the management of live golf programs, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality content.
  • Expert Coordination: Identify and coordinate with experts and co-commentators for live broadcasts, as well as manage interview requests.
  • Content Creation: Develop and produce linear and digital content for Sky platforms, including golf-related content.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for players, golf organizers, and associations, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in media economics or sports science, with a traineeship and 5-6 years of professional experience in a TV sports editorial office.
  • Expertise: High level of expertise and strong connections in the golf industry.
  • Skills: Strong creativity, keen sense of current topics, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work weekends and shifts, with a high level of resilience and flexibility.
  • Language: Excellent German and good English skills.
