Deine Aufgaben

Als Senior User Experience Designer bei Ray Sono bist du Teil von mehr als 30 Experience Design-Expert*innen mit unterschiedlichen Expertisen in UX, Visual, Motion und Content Design. Du entwickelst innovative digitale Produkte und Lösungen mit Fokus auf die Nutzer*innen. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Du bist Sparringspartner*in für die Intermediate und Junior Teamkolleg*innen und förderst als Mentor*in die fachliche Weiterentwicklung.
  • Du treibst Innovations-, Produktentwicklungs- und Transformationsprozesse voran und entwickelst Lösungen, die im Einklang mit der Produkt- und Markenstrategie der Kund*innen stehen.
  • Du berätst unsere Kund*innen mit nutzerorientierten Lösungen, die auf die technischen Gegebenheiten abgestimmt sind und organisierst und führst Design Sprints und Workshops durch.
  • Du analysierst die Kunden- und Nutzeranforderungen mit Service Design-Methoden wie z.B. Journey Mapping, Service Blueprints und Design Sprints.
  • Du erstellst und erarbeitest Customer Journeys, Product Strategies, Opportunity und Experience Maps und präsentierst deine Konzepte überzeugend vor Führungskräften und im Umfeld großer Brands.
  • Du baust nutzerfreundliche Scribbles, Wireframes und funktionale Prototypen, die unsere Zielgruppe, CI-Guidelines und Usability berücksichtigen.
  • Du unterstützt uns bei der Akquise neuer Kund*innen und im Geschäftsausbau. Dazu gehört das Erstellen von Präsentationen und Pitches und das Durchführen von Verkaufsgesprächen.
Dein Profil

Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen UX Designer, der:

  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Bereich User Experience Design hat und interessiert ist, unsere Kund*innen bei ihren digitalen Transformationsprozessen zu unterstützen.
  • Kenntnisse in UX-Methoden wie User Research, Journey Mapping und Prototyping besitzt und erfolgreich in der Praxis anwenden kann, um nutzerzentrierte Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt und Umgang mit Stakeholder*innen hat und schnell Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen kann.
  • Routiniert im Einsatz von Tools wie Figma, Principle/Flinto und Mural ist und Erfahrung im Erstellen von Wireframes und funktionalen Prototypen hat.
  • Workshops leitet und moderiert mit seiner kommunikativen Art.
  • Teamfähig ist und gerne als Mentor*in fungiert, um Teammitglieder fachlich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Erfahrung im agilen Arbeitsumfeld hat und mit dem Scrum-Prozess vertraut ist.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift besitzt.
