About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at PAYBACK GmbH. As a key member of our UX team, you will be responsible for designing user-centered experiences for our mobile app and digital interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the UX team to design and develop user experiences for our mobile app and digital interfaces.
  • Create user stories, personas, and storyboards to inform design decisions.
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, and clickable prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
  • Conduct user testing to validate design decisions and gather feedback.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to align customer needs with business goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UX design for native mobile apps (iOS and Android).
  • Experience collaborating with international teams and fluent English language skills.
  • Fluent German language skills are a strong plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX design skills and experience.
  • Ability to manage complexity and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
