Wir suchen nach Reisebegeisterten mit Leidenschaft für den Gastenservice für unser Depot in Finsing - München. Sie werden das Gesicht unserer Firma sein, direkt dem DACH-Operations Area Manager berichten und das Ziel haben, einen hervorragenden Servicelevel zu gewährleisten, unser Campervan-Fleet in bestem Zustand zu halten und alle Probleme zu lösen, die gelöst werden müssen, um eine reibungslose Betriebsablauf zu gewährleisten.

Was werden Sie tun?

  • Einlaufsreservierungen bearbeiten, Fahrzeuge ein- und auschecken organisieren und die Aktivitäten des Teams koordinieren;
  • Das Team trainieren, überwachen und coachen;
  • Das Campervan-Fleet pflegen, Logistik und sicherstellen, dass unsere Campervans in bestem Zustand sind;
  • Arbeitskräfte planen, Inventar verwalten, lokale Lieferanten und Reinigungsdienste;
  • Kundenbeschwerden, Notfälle und lokale Probleme lösen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Betriebsabläufe reibungslos laufen;
  • Bei der Verkauf von Campervans helfen, sie vorbereiten und potenziellen Käufern zeigen.

Wer suchen wir?

  • Sie sind ein Reisebegeistert mit einer Neigung für direkten Kontakt mit Kunden, mit Erfahrung in Tourismus, Gastgewerbe, Einzelhandel oder Mietwagen;
  • 1+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer Teamleitung/Leitung/Supervision;
  • Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und Englisch (Pflicht);
  • Sie sind berechtigt, in Deutschland zu arbeiten, haben einen gültigen Führerschein und fühlen sich sicher genug, ein Campervan zu fahren (Pflicht);
  • Sie sind bereit, an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten;
  • Sie sind eine verantwortungsvolle Person, die ihre Arbeit ernst nimmt und auf die kann gezählt werden.
