- CRM Knowledge and Skills: Good understanding of general CRM trends and cases in Pan-EU markets, customer lifecycle stages, including sales and aftersales processes. Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Siebel.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
