Die Rolle
Als Team Leader Filling sind Sie Teil unseres Teams und unterstützen uns bei der Füllung von Produkten. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Leitung der Füllabteilung und sicherstellen, dass alle Aufgaben pünktlich und qualitativ hochwertig erledigt werden.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Die Leitung der Füllabteilung und die Koordination der Mitarbeiter
- Die Planung und Durchführung von Füllvorgängen
- Die Überwachung der Qualität und die Sicherstellung, dass alle Produkte den höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen
- Die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und die Kommunikation mit den Kunden
