Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy
Drive wholesale revenue and facilitate the effective sell-through of our offerings. Manage wholesale partnerships to meet target goals, optimize stock levels, and ensure rotation objectives, while implementing the brand's sales strategies on-site. Develop initiatives that enhance market share and stimulate brand growth across all sales channels, tracking network performance and reporting key performance indicators to management while consistently refining the brand's distribution strategy. Formulate and execute annual business plans for retailers, emphasizing commercial performance, both offline and online point-of-sale activations, and training initiatives. Collaborate closely with the Head of Commercial to establish regional budget projections based on product launches and market segmentation, working in tandem with wholesale partners to continuously refine stock collections. Ensure that all points of sale consistently meet qualitative standards in visual merchandising, online presence, training (brand knowledge), and overall brand representation. Initiate and support customer experience-driven activities, ensuring adherence to the brand's communication guidelines at all times.Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for Jaeger LeCoultre, fostering long-term partnerships with clients and encouraging brand loyalty.

What We Expect From You
A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Experience in the luxury watch sector is highly preferred; experience in the luxury industry is mandatory. Strong analytical skills combined with commercial insight. A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal abilities. Independent and capable of managing multiple tasks with precision. A keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle various responsibilities simultaneously. A proactive approach to driving change and demonstrating agility.
