Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Conduct contract and price negotiations with suppliers to ensure competitive conditions and optimal cost savings.
- Perform market and needs analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business innovation.
- Manage contracts, control costs, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Optimize supplier relationships to ensure project supply and drive business success.
- Drive sustainability, digitalization, and process optimization initiatives to improve business performance and reduce environmental impact.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or related field with a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
- Several years of experience in strategic procurement, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving supply chain efficiency.
- Proficiency in SAP MM, MS Office, and contract management software, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge in supply chain management and procurement best practices, with a strong understanding of industry trends and developments.
