Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Projektmanager, der unsere Wasserstoffspeichersystem-Entwicklung leiten wird. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie verantwortlich sein für die Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Projekten im Bereich Wasserstoffspeichersystem.

Aufgaben
  • Leitung eines hochqualifizierten Teams, das die Bereiche Entwicklung, Supply Chain, Qualität und Produktion vereint
  • Projektleitung für die kundenunspezifischen Entwicklungen sowie die Koordination der in die Plattform eingebetteten Kundenprojekte
  • Planung, Gewährleistung und Durchführung aller Meilensteine, die für die Freigabe der Bauteile bis hin zum Start der Serienproduktion relevant sind
  • Produktbetreuung über den Serienstart hinaus
  • Gewährleistung der Funktion, Qualität, Kosten und Termine des Projekts
  • Entwicklung alternativer Lösungen bei auftretenden Zielkonflikten
  • Planung und Organisation des Änderungsmanagements
  • Vorbereitung und aktive Teilnahme an relevanten Gremien
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich des Projektmanagements
  • Erfahrungen in der Strukturierung und Durchführung von Automotive-Projekten (z.B. gemäß VDA-Richtlinien)
  • Möglicherweise Kenntnisse im Bereich von Wasserstoffanwendungen, Hochdrucksystemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
