About the Job:

HARMAN AutoOne is a product engineering platform that combines our automotive product portfolio into a seamless user experience. We run a global concept car fleet and test system pool for end-to-end product development including full system integration and validation.

Responsibilities:
  • Development and execution of the global reference car program
  • Planning and coordination of product roadmaps and product integration incl. process development and optimization
  • Manage architecture, design, fabrication, and system validation
  • Run design and user testing campaigns
  • Requirements, change, and issue management process development and execution
  • Interface to product management, marketing, and engineering
Minimum Qualifications:
  • University degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent practical experience
  • 12 years industry experience including 5 years program or line management experience
  • Ability to manage large multifunctional teams in worldwide locations
  • Automotive product and system integration experience
  • Good communication skills and ability to motivate and to resolve conflicts
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project and product management experience
  • Automotive domain knowledge e.g. Cockpit, Audio, Connectivity, ADAS, Cloud)
What Makes You Eligible:
  • Be willing to travel up to 20% of domestic and international travel
