Die Rolle

Als Senior Global HR Business Partner bist du erste Ansprechpartner für alle personalrelevanten Themen im Entwicklungsbereich. Du unterstützt unsere Führungskräfte weltweit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Business-Strategien, die unsere Geschäftsziele fördern. Du bist ein Partner auf Augenhöhe zu unseren Führungskräften und unterstützt sie bei ihren Personal- und Führungsthemen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Identifizierst und entwickelst Talente, gestaltest Nachfolgepläne und begleitest den gesamten Employee Life Cycle.
  • Unterstützt bei Veränderungsprozessen und stellst sicher, dass diese effizient und mitarbeiterorientiert umgesetzt werden.
  • Förderst eine offene und inklusive Unternehmenskultur und arbeitest eng mit unserem regionalen HR-Team zusammen, um Best Practices weltweit zu implementieren.
Was du benötigen wirst
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner, idealerweise im technischen Bereich und in einem internationalen Umfeld.
  • Fundiertes Wissen in den Bereichen Arbeitsrecht, Talententwicklung und Change Management.
