Industrial Mechanic for Refrigeration Systems

ENGIE Refrigeration is a leading provider of high-quality, efficient, and environmentally friendly refrigeration and heat solutions for industrial and commercial applications. As part of #TeamZeroCarbon, we are committed to transitioning to climate neutrality.
We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic to join our team in Lindau. In this role, you will play a vital part in assembling and testing refrigeration units and heat pumps, contributing directly to our sustainability goals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assemble refrigeration units and heat pumps according to precise specifications.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve quality issues during production.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and product quality.
Your Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial mechanics.
- Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in machine assembly.
- Proficiency in welding and soldering techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
- Excellent communication skills in German.
- A strong work ethic characterized by responsibility, independence, and a commitment to quality.
- Crane certification is a valuable asset.
