Field Service Technician for Refrigeration Systems

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Technician to join our team as a Field Service Technician for Refrigeration Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing refrigeration systems, cooling units, and cooling towers.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle customer assignments and complaints.
- Maintain and repair refrigeration systems, cooling units, and cooling towers.
- Commission new machines and check system parameters and processes on-site.
- Resolve any malfunctions and issues, and document maintenance work.
- Provide advice and perform modernizations on systems.
Requirements
- You will have successfully completed your training as a Mechatronics Technician for Refrigeration Technology.
- You will have some professional experience in industrial refrigeration, or be a recent graduate who can work independently.
- You will be fluent in English to communicate on-site, and have a good understanding of refrigeration systems.
