About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team at ENGIE Refrigeration. As a Mechanical Engineer - Production, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of our refrigeration systems in our production facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating moving parts, and replacing worn-out components.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues, using advanced diagnostic techniques and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and meet quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on refrigeration systems.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
