Unsere Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Kundendiensttechniker für unsere HVAC-Abteilung, der sich auf die Bereitstellung von Vor-Ort-Support für unsere Partner und direkten Kunden spezialisiert hat.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Bereitstellung von Vor-Ort-Support für unsere Partner und direkten Kunden bei technischen Problemen.
  • Unterstützung von Neukunden während des ersten Besuchs vor der Inbetriebnahme vor Ort, um den Kunden zu unterstützen und die korrekte Einrichtung des Systems zu gewährleisten.
  • Teilnahme am zentralen technischen Support für das Servicepartner-Netzwerk in der jeweiligen Region und/oder dem jeweiligen Gebiet, zusammen mit einem Field Support Engineer.
  • Identifizierung von technischen Problemen und Entwicklung von Lösungen als erste Eskalationsstufe nach dem Call-Center und den Service-Partnern.

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung zum Meister / Techniker (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kälte- Klimatechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder Kälteanlagenbau.
  • Solide Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Heizungstechnik, Hydraulik und Kältetechnik (Wärmepumpen und Klimasysteme), vorzugsweise als Servicetechniker.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis.
  • Selbstständigen und proaktiven Arbeitsstil sowie kundenorientierte Denkweise.
  • Fähigkeit in virtuellen Teams zu arbeiten.
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation.
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft (ca. %) inkl. gelegentlicher Übernachtungen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse vorteilhaft.
