Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Field Support Engineer HVAC Specialist to join our team at Panasonic Automotive Systems Europe.
About the Role: As a Field Support Engineer HVAC Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and partners in the field. This will include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing training and support to ensure the successful installation and operation of our HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and partners in the field, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Conduct on-site training and support to ensure the successful installation and operation of our HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with our technical support team to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new technical solutions and processes.
Requirements:
- Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
- Fluent German language skills, with English language skills a plus.
