Information Security Control Analyst

Department:
The Information Security division is tasked with safeguarding against IT-related crimes, unauthorized access, and both intentional and accidental alterations, disclosures, or destruction of the organization's information systems, IT assets, and intellectual property. This role emphasizes the necessity of establishing and maintaining highly effective and efficient procedures, policies, and processes that are in alignment with relevant stakeholders. Positions within this domain may encompass one or more specialized areas, with a primary focus on "Cryptography and Data Protection."
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential vulnerabilities in information security by analyzing the likelihood and impact, and implementing suitable corrective measures.
- Oversee and contribute to the execution of the information security strategy.
- Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls concerning information security risks.
- Ensure that appropriate procedures, policies, and processes are established and agreed upon with relevant stakeholders.
- Formulate practical strategies to implement effective information security management controls and objectives across the organization.
- Manage client relationships and ensure that management remains focused on the information security agenda.
- Expertise in Identity Access Management, including aspects such as authentication, access control, and recertification.
- Experience in Information Security operations, including participation in cyber threat operations, cyber forensics, and data leak prevention.
- Familiarity with Information Security technologies, including IS architecture, IS technologies, and cryptographic services.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of German is advantageous.
