About the Department
The Chief Security Office (CSO) at Deutsche Bank is tasked with the formulation and maintenance of information and corporate security at the group level, aligning with the bank's risk appetite and security strategy. Acting as the primary contact for security-related matters within Deutsche Bank, the CSO is responsible for developing and driving the implementation of the information and corporate security strategy, ensuring that the assets and personnel of Deutsche Bank are adequately safeguarded.
The CSO Policy Office oversees the documentation portfolio related to information and physical security at Deutsche Bank. This portfolio includes policies, directives, and supplementary procedural or technical documentation, which constitutes the documentary component of the information security management system within the organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain the CSO documentation portfolio in collaboration with subject matter experts (d/m/f)
- Facilitate communication within the team regarding the latest updates and the relevance of documents
- Ensure adherence to editorial and technical standards
- Develop and maintain professional requirements tailored to the target audience as specified by area experts
- Collaboratively pursue the corporate security strategy
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Word, with experience in utilizing document, paragraph, and text templates
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Effective communication skills in both German and English
- Familiarity with process design and management systems is advantageous
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST, CSA, CCM is beneficial
