In the PMO, I orchestrate all efforts to ensure the seamless execution of our digital transformation strategy by organizing initiatives and overseeing the project roadmap.

To tackle the challenges posed by the (digital) energy transition, we must implement various internal transformation processes to propel digitalization forward. In this capacity, I serve as a vital resource in facilitating the energy transition.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing transformation initiatives and ensuring the fulfillment of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, Identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies, Creating and maintaining clear reporting structures, Utilizing contemporary project management tools and methodologies to foster effective collaboration, Coordinating and facilitating meetings, Arranging necessary infrastructure and resources.My qualifications:
Degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field, Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with substantial expertise in establishing and leading a PMO within an agile framework, Demonstrated success in driving agile transformations with an emphasis on strategic alignment and operational efficiency, Proficient in English (C1); knowledge of German is a significant advantage.Flexibility and Work-Life Balance:
